Rental Terms & User Agreement

Understand your rights and responsibilities when using our tuk-tuk rental services. This agreement ensures a smooth and safe travel experience for both you and T2 Rental.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our tuk-tuk rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from T2 Rental, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Hold a valid driving license (Sri Lankan or International)
Provide valid identification and contact details

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, via phone, or in person. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking. Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. Cancellations or changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees, based on our cancellation policy.

4. Vehicle Use & Responsibilities

Customers are expected to use the tuk-tuk responsibly and follow all traffic laws. The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, off-road driving, or racing. Renters are fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and liable for any damages caused due to negligence or misuse.

5. Fuel Policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same. Additional charges may apply if the fuel level upon return is less than when issued.

6. Insurance & Liability

Our tuk-tuks are insured for third-party coverage. However, renters are liable for any damage or loss not covered under the insurance policy. An optional full insurance package may be available upon request for added protection.

7. Breakdown & Assistance

In the event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide roadside assistance or arrange for a replacement vehicle where possible.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

9. Termination of Rental

T2 Rental reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if we suspect misuse, illegal activity, or violation of our terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
